FAQ's
- You can find it on the warranty card that was included in the box.
- On a sticker located on the right side of the Beyond Pro box.
- For Lamps: you can find the serial number on the sticker located inside the hand insert.
- You may use any box you have available. Be sure to include the whole electronic and warranty form. Kiara Sky is not responsible for any shipments that are lost in transit to us, because of this we recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and insurance. Please be sure to note down the tracking information provided to you by the carrier you used in case there is trouble locating your lamp.
- You may purchase a replacement adapter on our website.
- Subject to material availability, repairs covered under our warranty may take 3-5 business days
- We do offer repairs for devices that have expired warranty with a fee of $69.99 for drills and $49.99 for lamps.
- Items to repaired under warranty will be returned to Kiara Sky at the owner’s expense. Repairs covered under warranty will be covered by Kiara Sky and the electronic will be returned to the owner at no additional cost.
