Due to unprecedented events caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our offices will be closed from March 17th, 2020 to April 30th, 2020. In an effort to protect our community and staff members, we have decided to temporarily close our main office, warranty department and manufacturing facility.

If you are experiencing any issues with your Kiara Sky products, and you are still within the 1-year warranty period, we will be happy to work with you! For the time being, we ask that you refrain from sending us any Kiara Sky products that you may have under warranty, as we cannot accept them at this time. However, you may still register your product by visiting kiarasky.com/warranty and filling out a warranty claim. Again, we ask that you do not send us your Kiara Sky Beyond Pro product until you receive an email from us with further instruction on how to do so. We will accept your products for repairs or replacements when we return on 04/30/2020.

Limited one year manufacturer guarantee does NOT cover:

  1. Maintenance past one year from date of purchase.
  2. Any Damage of the adapter
  3. Water-damage or any other damage clearly related to user neglect, including but not limited to:
    1. Physical mishandling (i.e. Cracked body from dropping).
    2. Improper adapter use.
    3. Improper voltage use.
  4. Warranty voided immediately if product has been disassembled, tampered with, adjusted or repaired by an unauthorized person.
  5. Warranty voided if label is removed from the product.
