I bought my KS E-file when I started beauty school, in 2019. I still use it to this day! Keeps an amazing charge, I literally only plug it in every couple weeks, and I work 4 full days a week in my salon. Great for starting out as a nail tech. I now have a desktop e-file and this portable one is what I use for pedicures and for a backup since it's so reliable.
Their repair service is amazing too. Mine started doing this awful grinding when I turned the hand piece to unlock and lock, and made a terrible whining sound when it was on higher RPMs. I submitted a claim, mailed it in and they sent it back really quick! It has a brand new cord for the handpiece, and runs SO smooth, and no more grinding.
