Our Claims Form is easy to complete, and the more information you provide, the faster we can approve your claim. Simply fill in the form below, and we’ll take it from there!

The serial number starts with KS, BD or BL followed by a 9 digit number. Failure to enter this SN will not enable us to properly register your product.
Max file size for upload is 50 MB. Please note if you are having issues uploading a video, your file size could be too large. Please upload a picture instead, videos can be submitted later in the warranty process.
