Best Holo Powders EVER

My boyfriend had got these for me for Christmas and i’m OBSESSED! I love anything holographic, and these are the best holo pigments I have ever owned. Over any gel color they transform differently and have the most amazing linear rainbow effect ever. Do not think twice about these!
