My drill works perfectly fine after the Kiara sky warranty tema fixed it ❤️

I sent my drill in for making a loud noise , right before my 1 year warranty expired, i was able to get in contact with someone within a couple days after i submitted my claim , it took me about 2 weeks to finally get my drill sent in ( i paid shipping fees ) , and once they received it i got emails throughout the whole process and within 3 days i was sent back my drill . The expert replaced my wires and motor and is working like new ! I was a bit skeptical since ive never done this before but the process was fast and easy. Received a tracking number , confirmation number and an email stating my drill was in perfect working condition. My package was delivered the next day and was very happy with the results. Ive used it for about 2 weeks now and has not given me any other issues . Literally feels like a BRAND NEW DRILL all over again .

Drill handles well bringing power while being almost silent.

They fixed my drill but it took 2+ weeks to get back to me and it broke down after only 6 months of using it …

I don’t know when the handpiece is all the way locked but I mean it’s fixed I don’t need a new hand drill I would add pictures but I’m not home
