ALWAYS REGISTER UNDER THE WARRANTY
So, let me start off with I LOVE MY LAMP and I was really bummed when it just all of a sudden wasn’t working but I’m so happy they were able to fix it for me !!! So, I didn’t get my lamp from the website i got mine from an authorized seller. I had it for a couple months and than it just stopped working one afternoon while at work (mind you it was working perfectly fine that morning) i put in a warranty fix request thingy 😂 since i registered under the warranty (warranty is for a year) the day after i got it and LET ME TELL YOU they were so professional and helpful with how to send in my lamp and what to send with it (warranty card, receipt from purchase and warranty “invoice”) so they could fix it for me !! And when they sent it back it was fully charged and looked brand new !! they also sent everything back with it that i sent (which was a relief about the receipt 😂) but the customer service is great and if you’re under the warranty they’ll make sure to get your item fixed for you and send it back within a timely manner they also email you when they get your item and when they send it back out (with a tracking number of course) which is always great !
