KS University Beginner Acrylic Class Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility:

By enrolling in the KS University Beginner Acrylic Class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Training and Certification:

The class provides comprehensive education in beginner acrylic techniques, tips, and tricks. Upon completion of the class, each student will be awarded an official Kiara Sky Certificate of Completion. However, it's important to note that this certificate is not a licensing document.

3. Non-Refundable:

All fees paid for the KS University Beginner Acrylic Class, including deposits and training fees, are non-refundable. This includes cases where a participant is unable to attend the class or decides not to complete the training.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

All training materials, including manuals and program content, are the intellectual property of Kiara Sky. Copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any of the information provided during the training class without written consent from Kiara Sky is strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Electronics: Participants who already own the required class electronics (listed in the course materials) will receive a $480 gift card to kiarasky.com in lieu of receiving the duplicate electronics."

5. Qualifications and Experience:

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisites or qualifications outlined for the class. Failure to meet these qualifications may result in the inability to receive certification.

6. Modification and Cancellation:

Kiara Sky reserves the right to modify the class schedule, contents, or other details at its discretion. In the event that the class is canceled by Kiara Sky, enrolled participants will be notified and provided with options for rescheduling or refunding their fees.
