3. FILE A CLAIM

Should issues arise during your warranty period, simply submit a claim form. Our warranty department will review your claim and you’ll ship us your electronic.

What's COVERED?

All Beyond Pro electronics come with a limited 1-year warranty, plus an extra 3 months, free of charge! This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. To find out more about what’s covered, click here.

What's Not COVERED?

We’re always here to help, but there are a few things that our warranty doesn’t cover. This includes the following:

  • Physical or cosmetic damages
  • Damage of the adapter
  • Damage arising from normal wear and tear
  • Water-damage or damage from physical mishandling.
  • Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the product
  • Warranty is voided if product has been altered, tampered, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized agent or if label is removed from product.
