Repair Services Terms & Conditions

  • In order for your Beyond PRO item to be repaired, you are required to complete both of these steps: file a claim and purchase the Beyond PRO Repair Services. You can file a claim here.
  • and filing out the form.
  • This repair service does not cover damages resulting from reckless or negligent acts of misuse, including water damage.
  • This service is invalid if the serial number is removed from your product.
  • This service only covers repairs and will not cover any replacements of products or accessories.
  • The adapter is not covered under the repair service.
  • Shipping fees are not covered under the repair service.
  • You are responsible for packaging and shipping your electronic to us for the repair.
  • The repair service has a 30 day guarantee. If you notify us within 30 days of the delivery of your item, that you are experiencing the same concern, we will gladly re-service your lamp. Any new issues arising after the repair of your lamp will need a new repair fee purchased.

ALL REPAIR SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS FEES ARE FINAL
