Heel-ing Kit Instructions:
- Apply to soaked feet or after shower. Apply callus remover over callused areas only.
Do not apply to healthy skin. - Use pumice pad to gently scrub and remove calluses.
- For tougher calluses, you may let callus remover sit for 1-3 minutes before using pumice stone.
Do not leave on for more than 3-5 minutes. - Wash thoroughly with soap and water after use.
- Moisturize with foot cream and cuticle oil.
- Daily moisturizing after use is recommended.

Wow- that's the only word I can think of. I used to hide my heals all the time even after scrubbing and lotion-ing and my heals were still rough and looked cracked.
