    Gradient play of colors!

    I love many of the rub on chrome colors; however, Mermaid has stolen my heart with its delightful play of teals and pinks! I decided to try it out on top of Boujee Beige and Pink Parade Acrylic Powders, and it is absolutely magnificent! So in love!
