Efficient and easy!
I was so nervous to send in my drill for repair. I didn’t know what to expect. I called first to confirm that I had everything in order and the customer service representative is super nice and answered all my questions. It was super easy to fill out the paperwork and ship it in. They were able to repair it super fast and I got my same device back completely fixed.
