This is the best drill I’ve had so far it’s very quiet and easy to adjust the speed, when I first got the drill there was a little bit of a slip. All I had to do was send it back free of charge. They fixed it and within a week it was right back in my hands. Awesome customer service.

I sent my drill in for making a loud noise , right before my 1 year warranty expired, i was able to get in contact with someone within a couple days after i submitted my claim , it took me about 2 weeks to finally get my drill sent in ( i paid shipping fees ) , and once they received it i got emails throughout the whole process and within 3 days i was sent back my drill . The expert replaced my wires and motor and is working like new ! I was a bit skeptical since ive never done this before but the process was fast and easy. Received a tracking number , confirmation number and an email stating my drill was in perfect working condition. My package was delivered the next day and was very happy with the results. Ive used it for about 2 weeks now and has not given me any other issues . Literally feels like a BRAND NEW DRILL all over again .
