Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Fortunately for our Kiara Sky besties, we do offer refunds and returns! Our policy lasts 30 days, which means that if 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange!
We totally get it, all of us have at some point added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute gel polish color after our orders have already shipped, but that’s not a problem at all. Thankfully, we are here to help you out with all your orders!
Here are a few key things for you to remember in order to be eligible for a return:
As a result of safety and cleanliness standards, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please download and fill out the Merchandise Return form from the link below. Please submit the Merchandise Return form along with the damaged items and a copy of your original invoice. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
In order to be eligible for a refund of your purchase, we will need your unused items to be sent back to our office where our team can inspect your order and approve your refund. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund just yet, first check with your bank to verify your refund has not yet been issued. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and you are able to view it within your available balance!
But don’t fret, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@kiarasky.com or give us a call during our business hours at 1.661.393.4800. We will be happy to speak with you about any issues you are experiencing with your order and we are here to make it right!
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily replace damaged and defective items that you have received in your order. Although we certainly hope there isn’t any damage that has been incurred during the processing and shipping of your Kiara Sky products, if you notice any issue with your order upon its arrival, go ahead and snap a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items. Be sure to include these images with your order number, and a brief description of the issue in an email to customerservice@kiarasky.com so that we can further assist you!

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
